Simply contact our office @ 708.547.5203 between the hours of 12 noon - 1:30 pm Monday through Friday to set an appointment for a site visit and/or to set a scheduled time for completion of an Application and Enrollme​nt Form for the "School Age Program - Before and After School Care."

Site Visits: 

At the time of Enrollment/Registration, a non-refundable $50 fee is required, and must be paid annually for New and Existing Students.
